Robin Peter Müller - violin, conductor

Robin Peter Müller, born in Dresden, is one of the most sought-after musicians of his generation on both historical instruments and the modern violin. For several years now, he and the La Folia Baroque Orchestra he founded have been devoting themselves intensively to historically informed performance practice.

Within a short time he succeeded in creating a national and international sensation with the young orchestra, while at the same time repeatedly enthusing both audience and press. In addition, Robin Peter Müller is a regular guest of the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra, the Chaarts (Chamber Artists, Switzerland), the ensemble "Pratum Integrum" (Moscow, Russia) and others. His chamber music partners include internationally renowned musicians such as Hille Perl, Maurice Steger, Dorothee Oberlinger, Jan Vogler, Regula Mühlemann, Reinhold Friedrich and Lee Santana.

Guest appearances throughout Europe as well as CD productions on the labels Deutsche Harmonia Mundi/ SONY and Sony Classical, among others, document the young violinist's reputation. He is a member of the Dresden Festival Orchestra and was appointed to teach at the Hochschule für Musik in Weimar in 2013.
