Neda Atanasova

Neda Atanasova is one of the young and prospective opera singers in Bulgaria. In 2006 the young soprano is admitted to study in the National Music Academy in Sofia in the opera singing class of prof. Mila Dyulgerova. With the ability to recreate dramatic and comic roles she makes an instant impression and has already made an important debuts in her stage career on home soil: Bastienne from “Bastien und Bastienne” by W.A.Mozart (2009 – Pleven, 2013 – National State opera and ballet orchestra), Fiordiligi from “Cosi fan Tutte” by W.A.Mozart (2011 – Bourgas and Vidin) and Norina from “Don Pasquale” by G. Donizetti (2012 – Pleven). She also participated in the festivals: “Sofia Music Weeks” (2012), “MateRadio” (Matera, Italy 2012).

The young singer has already been a guest soloist in many of the major symphony orchestras in Bulgaria – Shumen Philharmony, Pleven Philharmony, Plodiv Philharmony, Sofia Philharmony, National State opera and ballet orchestra. She has been an active participant in the opera singing master classes of Mati Pinkas and Anna Tomova-Sintow and acting master class of Vera Nemirova.

Her repertoire also includes: Rita from the eponymus opera by G. Donizetti, Gilda from “Rigoletto” and Violetta from “La Traviata” by G. Verdi, “Siromahkinya” – E. Manolov and many more.
